IT*NIMUE BLACKBERRY MORGANA

Morgana, what a truly special girl! She was born at the IT*Nimue Cattery on the same day that our beloved S*NC’s Words Unspoken ”Blåbär” has passed away. We immediately felt that it was meant to be that we should have something from this litter, especially since Morgana’s father is S*NC’s Te Amo, a son of Blåbär and Casanova. Additionally, Morgana’s mother has a rich lineage of old NFOs in her pedigree, with foundation cats appearing as far back as the seventh generation.

We booked a flight to visit our friends, Michela and Christiano in Italy to meet the kittens. Choosing one of the girls was not easy, as all of them were incredibly promising. But in the end, there was one who stood out to me just a little bit more — Morgana. I fell in love with her stunning appearance and her fantastic coat quality. We are so grateful to Michela and Christiano for letting us bring this special girl into our lives. Morgana has grown into a beautiful, big girl, and we look forward to the possibility of many wonderful kittens from her in the future.

Unfortunately, things didn’t turn out as we had hoped. In the spring of 2017, Morgana was struck by a severe case of Pyometra, and she had to be neutered. It’s truly heartbreaking that she was never able to have any kittens, as we believe she would have produced wonderful offspring. Instead, she stayed with us as a spayed female and she enjoyed life in the cathouse with Pushan, free to play outside in our cat run.
